SWFT’s first-party shipping page says its e-bikes and e-scooters ship free within the United States from New Jersey or California warehouses by FedEx or UPS. It estimates that most orders ship within 1–2 business days of purchase and arrive about 1–5 business days after shipment. Those are estimates, not a substitute for the arrangement shown at checkout.

Confirm the product and delivery arrangement

Before ordering, verify whether you selected an e-bike or an e-scooter and whether the address, carrier updates, and delivery timing work for you. Keep the order, tracking updates, and a record of the box condition. On delivery, check the model and packaging before deciding to open it.

The unopened e-bike return limit

SWFT’s refund policy says that unopened e-bike shipments can be returned within 15 days of delivery. That wording does not make every product returnable: used or opened products are not accepted for return. An e-bike must be unused, free of dirt and odors, and returned in its original sealed packaging and box.

The policy also lists a 10% processing fee, nonrefundable original shipping charges, and customer responsibility for return shipping. To request a return, contact SWFT with the order number and reason. After warehouse processing, the policy estimates 3–5 business days for a refund to the original payment method. Reconfirm that these conditions apply to the selected product before paying.
