Razer’s return rules begin with where the item was sold. Eligible general items bought directly from Razer.com have a 14-calendar-day window from delivery to start a return. That does not make every item or sales channel returnable on the same terms.

This guide does not quote a fixed cashback rate. Merchant availability, region, excluded items, tracking requirements, and posting conditions can change; use the terms displayed by the platform on the day of payment.

Confirm the sales channel first

Razer’s return policy handles eligible products purchased directly from Razer.com. Items bought from another retailer must be handled through that retailer. Keep the order number, model, and serial number: the returned product must match the original order.

The 14-day window has conditions

Items generally need to be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and no visible signs of use. Promotional, bundled, and gift-with-purchase items may also need to be returned. Gift cards, skins, and personalized products are listed exceptions, and some product categories have their own policies.

Check the model, quantity, and compatibility before opening or installing an item. Unauthorized, late, mismatched, or ineligible returns may not be refunded or sent back.

Refund amount and return costs

Razer says a prepaid customer-convenience return can have its return-shipping fee deducted from the refund. A customer using self-shipping is responsible for shipping and carrier follow-up. Original outbound shipping is excluded from the refund. The policy also says processing after receipt at the returns center can take up to 14 business days, followed by 5–7 business days for credit to the original payment method.
